Custom models of NVIDIA’s upcoming GeForce RTX 4060 8 GB graphics card have been listed by online retailers based in UK and EU.
NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 4060 Custom Models Appear In Online Listings, Starting At £322.73
The three variants were listed by Amazon UK and German retailer, Galaxus. All three variants are custom designs of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 8 GB graphics card. The card isn’t going to get a Founders Edition ((FE) treatment as NVIDIA had previously confirmed but there will be several AIB variants available at launch which reflect the MSRP of $299 US.
So starting with the models that have been listed so far, we first have the ZOTAC GeForce RTX 4060 Twin Edge OC White edition and the ZOTAC GeForce RTX 4060 Gaming OC Spider-Man Across The Spiderverse graphics card. Both of these models are slightly premium custom designs & the listing reveals prices of £322.73 and £324.13, respectively. These are slightly above the MSRP of the RTX 4060 which is set to £289 for the UK market. That’s a 10-12% premium price hike but since these are early listings, we can expect the price to adjust slightly lower during the actual launch which is next week.
The third card is the Palit GeForce RTX 4060 Dual which seems to be a close-to-MSRP offering with a pricing of 339 Euros which is 10 Euros more than the MSRP of 329 Euros. This is a mere 3% price hike and nothing major but it looks to be a very final pricing compared to the Amazon UK listings above. The graphics card comes with a dual-fan cooling solution and dual-slot design just like the ZOTAC offerings and features a single 8-pin connector. Of course, the PCB will be different than the ZOTAC variants due to the AIB being different but overall performance should be very similar for these variants.
There are also several listings by Finnish retailer, Proshop, with custom models of the NVIDIA RTX 4060 starting at 349 Euros and going as high as 499 Euros for the ASUS ROG STRIX OC variant. It’s very unlikely that the top model from ASUS will offer any big of a difference in performance than the stock variant plus you definitely don’t need a massive 2.5 slot cooling solution for a chip like the RTX 4060.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card will get several custom variants at launch ranging from triple, dual, and single-fan solutions. We will also see a range of compact Mini-ITX designs and while those would cost a slight extra, they will be a delight for small form factor PC builders. NVIDIA’s RTX 4060 launches next week for a price of $299 US.
